• Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’: Minimum Age: 21 years, Maximum Age: 30 years

• Manager Grade ‘B’: Minimum Age: 25 years, Maximum Age: 33 years

Age relaxation will be provided as per Government norms.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online:

Before beginning the application process, ensure that you have the following documents and details ready:

1. Photograph:

   • Size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm

   • The photograph must be clear and recent.

2. Signature:

   • Black ink signature (do not use capital letters).

   • Signature must be clear and well-formed.

3. Left Thumb Impression:

   • Take the impression using black or blue ink on white paper.

   • If you do not have a left thumb, you may use your right thumb.Handwritten Declaration:

4. Write the following text in English on white paper using black ink:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

The declaration must be handwritten by you. If you’re visually impaired, you can get it typed, but your thumb impression must be placed below the typed declaration.

5. Payment Details: Ensure you have the details ready for making the online payment of the application fee.

6. Valid Personal Email ID: Ensure that you have an active email ID. This email will be used for all communication regarding the recruitment process, including the call letters for exams and interviews.

Procedure for Applying Online:

Visit the SIDBI Official Website:

Go to www.sidbi.in and click on “APPLY ONLINE”.

Registration:

1. Select the tab “Click here for New Registration”.

2. Enter your Name, Contact Details, and Email ID.

3. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated. Note them down, as they are required for future reference. An Email and SMS with the registration number and password will also you.asqent to you.

Save and Continue:

1. If you cannot complete the application in one go, click “SAVE AND NEXT” to save the entered data.

2. Review and modify the entered details if necessary before submission.

3. For Visually Impaired Candidates: Ensure the application is carefully filled and verified before final submission.

Fill Application Details:

1. Enter all required personal details, contact information, and education details accurately.

2. Make sure your name and other details match exactly with your official documents to avoid disqualification.

Upload Required Documents:

1. Photograph: Ensure it is within the required size and specifications.

2. Signature: Follow the guidelines for uploading your sisignature.

3. Left Thumb Impression: Make sure the thumb impression is clear.

4. Handwritten Declaration: Ensure the declaration is handwritten in English as per the specifications.

Preview the Application:

1. After filling out the form and uploading the documents, click the “Preview” button to review the entire application.

2. Verify all information, ensuring that the photograph, signature, thumb impression, and other details are accurate.

Complete Registration:

After verifying the details, click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” to finalize the application.

Payment of Application Fee:

1. Click on the “Payment” tab to proceed with the payment of the application fee.

2. You can pay via Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or UPI.

3. After completing the payment, confirm the transaction and save the payment receipt.

Submit the Application:

1. Once the payment is successful, click the “Submit” button to complete your application.

2. Important: Take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future reference.
