• Application Start Date: 6 August 2025

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹750/-

• SC / ST / PwBD / XS / DXS: No fee

• The application fee can be paid online only through: Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI etc

Educational Qualification (as on 31.12.2025)

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government.

• Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) must ensure the passing date is on or before 31.12.2025.

• Final year/semester students can apply provisionally, but they must produce proof of passing the graduation exam on or before 31.12.2025.

Special Note:

• The passing date will be taken from the mark sheet/certificate or provisional certificate issued by the University/Institute.

• If results are available online, a certificate from the University/Institute stating the result publication date will be accepted.

• Matriculate Ex-Servicemen with the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education (or equivalent in Navy/Air Force) and 15 years of service in the Armed Forces are eligible. Certificate must be dated on or before 31.12.2025.

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The selection process will consist of three stages:

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination

An online objective test of 100 marks, conducted for 1 hour.
Section-wise pattern:

Important Points:

• Separate timing for each section.

• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

• No minimum qualifying marks for each section.

• Around 10 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the Main Exam.

Phase-II: Main Examination

An online objective test of 200 marks, conducted for 2 hours 40 minutes.
Section-wise pattern:

Important Points:

• 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

• Minimum qualifying marks (aggregate) will be decided by the bank.

• 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/XS/DXS in aggregate marks.

Phase-III: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)

• Candidates who have not studied the specified local language in Class 10 or 12 must appear for LLPT.

• Pattern:

• Minimum qualifying marks required (5% relaxation for reserved categories).

Additional Benefits:

• SBI Apprentices with at least 1 year of branch experience will get 2.5% bonus marks in the Main Exam score (subject to conditions).

Pay Scale:

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- (₹24,050 + 2 advance increments for graduates)

Total Starting Salary:

• Approximately ₹46,000/- per month in a metro city like Mumbai (including DA, HRA, and other allowances).

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2025: How to Apply

Eligible candidates can apply only through online mode. No other mode of application will be accepted.

Step-by-Step Process:

1. Visit Official Website:
   Go to SBI Careers – Current Openings or SBI – Recruitment of Junior Associates.

2. Registration:

   • Click on “Apply Online” for Recruitment of Junior Associates 2025.

   • Register by entering basic details.

   • You will get a Registration Number and Password – note them for future use.

3. Upload Documents:

   • Scanned Photograph (as per SBI guidelines)

   • Scanned Signature

   • Left-Hand Thumb Impression (Right thumb if left not available)

   • Handwritten Declaration (Text: “I, ______ (Name), Date of Birth ______ hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct…”)

4. Fill Application Form:

   • Enter personal, academic, and other required details.

   • Save and edit up to 3 times before final submission.

5. Pay Application Fee:

   • Online payment via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking.

   • Transaction charges (if any) to be borne by the candidate.

6. Submit & Print:

   • After successful payment, download/print the E-Receipt and Application Form.

   • No need to send the hard copy to SBI.
