1. Trainee Junior Officers (44 Posts)
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Must have passed the Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects.Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Bachelors/Masters in Law.
- JAIIB/CAIIB certifications.
- MSCIT certifications.
- Work experience in Treasury/International Banking Division or similar.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking field, preferably in Urban/DCC Banks as an officer. Officer experience is considered as the first level of Officer Cadre, or the second level where Clerk level does not exist.
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 23 years
- Maximum age: 32 years as on 01.06.2025
- Candidates should have been born not earlier than 01.06.1993.
Stipend:
- ₹30,000/month during the training period.
- After successful completion of training, placed in the regular grade with total emoluments of about ₹52,100/month.
Confirmation in Service:
- Training period: 12 months followed by a 6-month probation.
- On satisfactory performance, the candidate will be confirmed in the Bank’s services.
2. Trainee Associates (50 Posts)
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
- Must have passed the Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the Government Commercial Certificate Exam in Marathi and English typing.
- Candidates should have proficiency in Computer Applications.
Experience: Not mandatory.
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Maximum age: 28 years as on 01.06.2025
- Candidates should have been born not earlier than 01.06.1997.
Stipend:
- ₹25,000/month during the training period.
- After successful completion of training, placed in the regular grade with total emoluments of about ₹34,400/month.

- Training period: 12 months followed by a 6-month probation.
- On satisfactory performance, the candidate will be confirmed in the Bank’s services.
3. Trainee Typists (Associate Grade) (9 Posts)
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline with Marathi as one of the subjects in the Matriculation Examination.
- Professional Qualification: Must pass Government Commercial Certificate Exam with 30 w.p.m. in Marathi typing and 40 w.p.m. in English typing.
- Candidates should be proficient in Computer Applications (Word Processing, Spreadsheet).
- Preference will be given to candidates with Marathi/English stenography qualifications.
Experience: Not mandatory, but preference will be given to candidates with work experience as a DTP Operator.
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Maximum age: 28 years as on 01.06.2025
- Candidates should have been born not earlier than 01.06.1997.
Stipend:
- ₹25,000/month during the training period.
- After successful completion of training, placed in the regular grade with total emoluments of about ₹34,400/month.
- Typist allowance of ₹650/month after confirmation in the Bank’s services.
Confirmation in Service:
- Training period: 12 months followed by a 6-month probation.
- On satisfactory performance, the candidate will be confirmed in the Bank’s services.
4. Trainee Drivers (6 Posts)
Educational Qualifications:
- Must have passed the Matriculation (S.S.C.) Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects.
- Must possess a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) license.
Experience: Not mandatory.
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 30 years as on 01.06.2025
- Candidates should have been born not earlier than 01.06.1995.
Stipend:
- ₹22,000/month during the training period.
- After successful completion of training, placed in the regular grade with total emoluments of about ₹27,700/month.
Confirmation in Service:
- Training period: 12 months followed by a 6-month probation.
- On satisfactory performance, the candidate will be confirmed in the Bank’s services.
Additional Conditions:
- Graduates will only be eligible for promotion after 10 years of confirmed service in the driver grade.
- Candidates who are children of MSC Bank employees will have a 5-year relaxation in the maximum age limit for the post of Trainee Driver.
5. Trainee Peons (58 Posts)
Educational Qualifications:
- Must have passed the Matriculation (S.S.C.) Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Electrician or Plumbing courses.
Experience: Not mandatory.
Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 30 years as on 01.06.2025
- Candidates should have been born not earlier than 01.06.1995.
Stipend:
- ₹20,000/month during the training period.
- After successful completion of training, placed in the regular grade with total emoluments of about ₹24,500/month.
Confirmation in Service:
- Training period: 12 months followed by a 6-month probation.
- On satisfactory performance, the candidate will be confirmed in the Bank’s services.
Additional Conditions:
- Graduates will only be eligible for promotion after 10 years of confirmed service in the peon grade.
- Candidates who are children of MSC Bank employees will have a 5-year relaxation in the maximum age limit for the post of Trainee Peon.
