Application Fee

• Online application registration opens from 14:00 hrs on 12.08.2025 (Tuesday).

• Online application registration closes at 14:00 hrs on 26.08.2025 (Tuesday).

• Payment of application fee closes at 14:00 hrs on 27.08.2025 (Wednesday).

• Written Exam Date: To be Announced.

For Post No. 792, 793 & 794

• Initial Fee: ₹750 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) for all candidates.

• Fee Exempted Candidates: Female / SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen – full refund.

• Other Candidates: ₹250 will be retained; remaining ₹500 will be refunded.

For Post No. 795 – 799

• Initial Fee: ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) for all candidates.

• Fee Exempted Candidates: Female / SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen – full refund.

• Other Candidates: ₹100 will be retained; remaining ₹400 will be refunded.

The ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2025: Selection Process 

The selection process consists of a Written Test and a Skill Test for all posts except Post No. 794.

For Post No. 792, 793, 795, 796 & 797:

Written Test:

• Duration: 90 minutes

• Questions: 80 multiple-choice questions

• Marks: 1 mark for each correct answer

• Negative marking: 0.33 marks for each wrong answer

• Syllabus: Curriculum-based to test both theoretical and practical knowledge.

Skill Test:

• Candidates shortlisted from the written test in a 1:5 ratio (minimum 10 candidates).

• Conducted on a go/no-go basis.

• Marks in the skill test are not considered for final selection.

• Final selection is based on written test scores. In case of a tie, academic scores of the notified qualification will be the tie-breaker.

Pass Criteria:

*EWS candidates are considered under unreserved standards.

Post No. 794:

• Applicants must submit Preliminary Medical Examination (PME) Certificate along with the application.

• Written Test: 90 minutes, 80 MCQs, 1 mark each, negative marking 0.33

• Shortlisting for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) in 1:50 ratio based on PME and written test marks.

• PET is conducted in two stages, purely on go/no-go basis.

• Candidates participate at their own risk; no compensation for injury or disability.

• Candidates qualifying Stage 1 & 2 PET will undergo Detailed Medical Examination (DME).

• Final selection is based on written test scores among candidates who qualify DME.

Post No. 798 & 799:

Written Test:

• Duration: 120 minutes

• Questions: 100 multiple-choice questions

• Marks: 1 mark per correct answer

• Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer

• Syllabus:

  • Part A: Motor Vehicle Act – 50 marks

  • Part B: Elementary English (8th standard)

  • Part C: Elementary Arithmetic (10th standard) – 15 marks

  • Part D: General Knowledge – 20 marks

• Eligibility for skill test:

  • Minimum 50% in Part A

  • Minimum 50% in Part B + C + D combined

Skill Test:

• Shortlisting ratio: 1:5, minimum 10 candidates

• Conducted on go/no-go basis

• Evaluated on 100 points scale, 60% minimum to qualify

• No relaxation of marks in skill test

• Final selection based on written test scores

General Instructions

• Written and skill tests will be conducted in Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) only.

• No TA/DA for attending written test.

• Outstation candidates called for skill test: Second Class Railway fare or bus fare reimbursed on ticket submission.

• Candidates must produce original documents for verification at skill test.

• Communication regarding exams will be through email/LPSC website only. Provide correct email ID.

• Only Indian Nationals may apply.

• The Centre reserves the right not to fill any post.

• Canvassing is a disqualification.

• Apply separately for each post if applying for multiple posts.

• Applications without complete information, photo, etc. will be rejected.

• Women candidates are encouraged to apply to maintain gender balance.

The ISRO LPSC Recruitment 2025: How to Apply 

Step 1: Access the Online Application Portal

• Visit the online recruitment portal from 1400 hrs on 12.08.2025 to 1400 hrs on 26.08.2025.

• Applications are accepted online only.

Step 2: Register Yourself

• Complete the registration form with all required details.

• After registration, you will receive an online registration number.

• Note it down and keep it safe for future reference.

• LPSC will not entertain queries regarding registration number later.

Step 3: Upload Your Photograph
Follow these guidelines for your photograph:

1. Face visibility: The photo must clearly show your face.

2. Background: White or light-colored background only.

3. Eyes: Must be visible; no dark glasses.

4. File size: Maximum 40 KB

5. File format: JPG/JPEG

6. Resolution: Height & width between 95–100 pixels

7. File name: Max 25 characters, only alphabets and numbers

8. Virus-free image: Ensure the photo has no malware.

9. Changing photo: If needed, browse and upload a new file.

10. Applications where the applicant cannot be identified will be invalid.

Step 4: Complete the Application Form

• Fill in all personal, educational, and other required details accurately.

• Ensure no field is left blank, and all documents/photos are uploaded correctly.

Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

• Payment can be made online only as per the fee structure for your post.

• Ensure your bank account details are correct for fee refund (if applicable).

• Payment must be completed by 1400 hrs on 27.08.2025.

Step 6: Submit the Application

• Review all the details before submission.

• Once submitted successfully, no physical documents need to be sent to LPSC.

Step 7: Keep Copies Safe

• Keep a printout or screenshot of the submitted application and payment receipt for your records.
