Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification (For Both Posts):
- Full-time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent from an AICTE-approved university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with ME/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements (As on 01.05.2025)
Joint General Manager/Civil
- 13 years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates working in:
- PSU/Central/State Govt: Must be in E-5/Level 12 pay scale or 2 years in E-4/Level 11.
- Private Sector: Minimum 13 years’ experience, with ₹22 LPA CTC.

- Must be in E-4/Level 11 or 2 years in E-3/Level 9 (IDA/CDA) pay scale.
- CTC for private sector: At least ₹19 LPA.
- Relevant Field: Planning, estimation, costing in infra/railway/metropolitan projects.
