    • Executive Branch (GS): CoC (Foreign Going) as Second Mate, Mate, or Master, DOB between 02 Jul 1996 to 01 Jan 2007.

    • Technical Branch (Engineering): CoC as 1st Class Engineer, DOB between 02 Jul 1996 to 01 Jan 2007.

  5. Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Holders

    • Valid CPL from DGCA (India), DOB between 02 Jul 2001 to 01 Jul 2007 can apply for Pilot entry.

  6. NCC Candidates – 5% relaxation in cut-off marks if:

    • Possess NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Naval/Army/Air Wing) with minimum ‘B’ Grade.

    • Served minimum 2 academic years in Senior Division NCC.

    • Certificate issued after 01 June 2023.

  7. Final Selection for NCC – Subject to verification of certificate by DGNCC/NCC Unit.

Who Can Apply?

  • Must fulfill educational qualification before joining INA, Ezhimala by June 2026.

  • Final result must be informed to the Indian Navy via officer@navy.gov.in by 20 June 2026.

  • Only one application per candidate is allowed.

  • Candidates applying for SSC Pilot must check medical standards (height, leg length, etc.) before selecting the option.

  • Must indicate preferences for other branches/cadres to be considered for them.

  • Not selecting a branch means you won’t be considered for it.

  • Pilot/NAOO allowance of ₹31,250/- will be applicable after training.

The selection process for Indian Navy SSC Officers 2025 will be conducted in the following stages:

  1. Shortlisting of Applications

    • Shortlisting will be based on normalised marks obtained in the qualifying degree.

    • For BE/B.Tech candidates (completed or in final year) – marks up to the 5th semester will be considered.

    • For Post-Graduate Degree holders (MSc, MCA, MBA, M.Tech) – marks of all semesters will be considered. For final-year candidates, pre-final year performance will be used.
