Education Qualifications

• Staff Nurse

  • Passed Class 10 (Matriculation) or equivalent.

  • Completed nursing training at a recognized hospital.

  • Registered as a qualified nurse in General Nursing and Midwifery.

• Chargeman (Ammunition Workshop)

  • B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics OR

  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute.

• Chargeman (Mechanic)

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in testing, quality control, or inspection in a relevant technical area.

• Chargeman (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Ship Building, etc.)

  • Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics) OR

  • Diploma in any relevant engineering field like Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.

• Tradesman Mate

  • Must have passed 10th standard from a recognized board.

  • Must hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade.

• Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)

  • Passed 10th from a recognized board.

  • Must have a valid driving license for heavy vehicles and motorcycles.

  • At least 1 year of driving experience with heavy motor vehicles.

• Fireman

  • Must have completed 12th standard.

  • Must meet the physical standards and pass the physical endurance test as required.

• Pharmacist

  • 12th pass with Science subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

  • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

  • Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

  • Should have at least 2 years of work experience in a pharmacy role.

• Multi-Tasking Staff (Ministerial)

  • Must have passed Class 10 or equivalent OR

  • ITI certificate in any trade from a recognized institution.

• Draughtsman (Construction)

  • Certificate in Draughtsmanship (Civil or Mechanical) from ITI.

  • Certificate in AutoCAD or equivalent computer-aided design tool.

Indian Navy Civilian Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

1. Application Screening: Basic eligibility check based on online form.
2. Written Exam (CBT): Objective MCQ-based exam. Subjects:
   • General Intelligence – 25 Questions
   • General Awareness – 25 Questions
   • Quantitative Aptitude – 25 Questions
   • English – 25 Questions
   • Total: 100 Questions (90 Minutes)
3. Skill Test / Physical Test (as per post requirements):
   • Driving Test (for Drivers)
   • Physical Endurance (for Fireman)
   • Trade Skill Test (for Tradesman Mate)
4. Document Verification & Medical Test
