Important Dates

• Application Start Date: 30 June 2025
• Last Date to Apply Online: 14 July 2025
• SSB Interview: From September 2025 onwards

Application Fee

• No Application Fee is required.

• All candidates (male/female, any category) can apply free of cost.

• There is no examination or processing fee for this entry.

 Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)

• Candidates must be born between 02 July 2006 and 01 January 2009 (both dates inclusive).
• This means candidates should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years old as of 01 January 2026.
• Only unmarried male and female candidates are eligible.

Educational Qualification

• Passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent with minimum 70% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Maths (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English in either Class 10 or 12.

 JEE Main 2025 Requirement

• Appeared in JEE (Main) 2025 for B.E./B.Tech.

• All India Common Rank List (CRL) will be used for shortlisting.

Note: Branch allocation (Engineering, Electrical, Executive) will be decided at INA.

• Shortlisting based on JEE (Main) 2025 CRL Rank
• SSB Interview at Bengaluru/Bhopal/Kolkata/Visakhapatnam
• Medical Examination
• Final Merit List based on SSB performance and medical fitness

Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme 2025:

Training Details

Selected candidates will undergo 4-year B.Tech training at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala.

• Specializations include:

  • Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering

• Degree awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU)

• Cost of training, books, and clothing is borne by the Indian Navy.

Pay & Benefits

• Rank: Midshipman (during training) → Sub-Lieutenant (after commissioning)
• Pay Level: As per 7th CPC

• Accommodation, Clothing & Food: Provided during training

• Register and fill in all personal and academic details

• Upload the following:

  • Passport-size photo

  • 10th & 12th Marksheet

  • JEE Main 2025 Scorecard (CRL Rank)

• Submit the application and take a printout

• Carry original documents at the time of SSB interview
