There is no application fee for FSNL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025.

Age Limit (as on 01-08-2025)
The maximum age for all posts is 35 years.
Age will be calculated as on the last date of application, i.e., 24 July 2025.
Relaxation in upper age limit may be provided for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per government norms.
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will get Conveyance Allowance, PF, Ex-Gratia, and other applicable benefits.

FSNL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
Stage 1: Shortlisting
Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for further process.
Shortlisted candidates may be called for:
Written Test
Trade Test
Walk-in Interview
Or a combination of these methods, depending on the post and volume of applications.
Simply fulfilling the minimum eligibility does not guarantee selection or a call for the test/interview.

Stage 2: Higher Cut-Off (if applicable)

Stage 3: Interview/Test Attendance Support
Outstation candidates, if called for written test/trade test/interview, will be provided Sleeper Class railway fare reimbursement (both ways) via the shortest route.
Reimbursement will be made only upon submission of valid travel proofs (tickets).
No lodging or accommodation charges will be provided.
Stage 4: Medical Fitness
Final selection is subject to clearing a medical fitness test conducted as per FSNL’s prescribed standards.
No relaxation in medical requirements will be permitted under any circumstances.
Final Selection
The final list of selected candidates will be prepared in order of merit.
Appointment will be offered strictly based on:

Performance in test/interview
